Finally getting to a podcast with the video ! Wow, Jackie played in all of my favorite old shows.

Now, seeing the photo of “Private Eyes” brings back a lot of memories for me. I was living in Asheville at the time this movie was shot. It was shot mostly at the Biltmore Estate. My wife was working at a drapery shop in Swannanoa nearby and she personally worked on making some huge red drapes that were to be hung in the library on one of the sets in the movie at the Biltmore House. I can remember the day they shot the Rolls Royce crashing into the pond, this was also at Biltmore. It was a one take shot and they had hoped that the car would splash rear end first but the large engine in this car was just to heavy and it splashed front end first.

Loved Jackie’s performance in TAGS, that was another great episode. I’ll bet it was a lot of fun watching that episode with her in company!

I wonder if she did her own stunt jumping over the stump? That was a perfect stunt for her character in this show. A perfect match for ole Ernest T.
