SO MUCH happened during the long weekend that I can’t do justice to the memories created and shared by those who were able to attend. This report will give you just a glimpse into the amazing event which is Mayberry Days. I hope you enjoy it.

Bonus: This week’s installment of This Week in Mayberry History by Randy Turner featuring Gomer Pyle U.S.M.C.

Great show Allan, as always, and you were wondering how you could keep on going…well let me say the shows just keep getting better and better! We were only at Mayberry Days on Saturday, but had a blast. We saw the Parade and attended autograph session and ended with the Professor Brower Show, it was fantastic! Sure did enjoy your review and Jan’s pictures. Randy’s broadcast was very good too, I think next to TAGS my second favorite show is Gomer Pyle USMC. When I was in the Marines way back in 1972, there were many times we would have fun using some of Gomer’s lines while at work. Great memories.
