Thank you so much Allan. I appreciate you thinking enough of it to take up so much of the podcast by reading my longest Facebook post ever. I was very self conscious about writing about something that means so much to me and putting it out there for the public to read. Now I’m glad I did.

I also want to say that it was your podcast that got me motivated to attend my first Mayberry Days back in 2009. You do a great job of keeping the Mayberry Spirit alive every week!

Thank you for letting everyone share what you experienced at this years Mayberry Days. So many folks have said this episode really captured Mayberry Days and you get a lot of the credit for folks feeling that way.

I’m glad I played a part in drawing you to come to Mayberry Days back in 2009. I’m humbled to have been able to get you to visit our hometown.
