Cards aren't really that big in Mayberry. Bridge is the card game most Mayberrians play, but checkers is the game of choice. The best checkers games are usually found at Floyd's Barbershop. However, Barney has found Opie to be a tough match at the courhouse.
Andy and Barney are also known for their marathon sessions of dominoes. But when it comes to Scrabble, Helen Crump is the ace. Opie plays a pretty mean game of jacks, and we can't forget that Otis and Barney are skilled at both hopscotch and jumping rope.
