I’ve been going through some old video tapes and finding treasures that I’m pretty sure you’ll never have seen unless you were at Mayberry events back in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s. Because large sections of this podcast episode were taken from video tapes, I would suggest that you may want to watch the video version of this show. It will be fun to hear but seeing and hearing might be even better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Special singers from Mayberry will be Thelma Lou (Betty Lynn<\/strong>) and Ernest T. Bass (Howard Morris<\/strong>). These performances were during Col. Tim’s at Mayberry Days but I don’t have a record of the year. I’m pretty sure it was in the early 2000’s because you’ll see my son, Adam, featured fairly often because his mom was doing the filming. Seems moms might like seeing their boys reaction more than focusing on Howard Morris\u2026.at least at times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A less special singing performance will be by “Floyd.” Okay, he\/I don’t really sing but I do perform with great friend of Mayberry, The VW Boys, in Kingsport, TN back in 1999.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
