My voice is a bit strained this week so I went back into the archives 20 years to bring out a video from Mayberry Days 2004<\/em>. We’ll hear from Betty Lynn<\/strong>, Thelma Lou herself<\/em>, as she appeared during the 2004 Col. Tim’s show<\/em>. I know you’ll enjoy hearing what she has to say.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2004 was the year TV Land dedicated the Andy & Opie statue in Mount Airy. Andy was in attendance for the dedication as were several cast members from the show, to include Betty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
