Over the last 10 years, I have been fortunate to become friends with Dixie Griffith<\/em>. Dixie is the daughter of Andy Griffith<\/strong> and back in 2015 she came to her first Mayberry event. Since that time she has attended many events, Mayberry cruises and all in all enjoyed experiencing the fans of her dad and Mayberry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the first of as two episode series where we’ll be able to hear from Dixie about family, the Mayberry fandom, her father, her mother and about herself. We start off hearing about her latest hobby then move into talking about attending Mayberry Days in 2015 for the first time. The conversation goes along from there and I know you’re going to enjoy hearing from Dixie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
