We had a fun question on the Forum over at iMayberryCommunity.com<\/a> recently.\u00a0 The question was about Opie and I thought it would make a good topic for us to discuss.<\/p>\n

The question was, “Isn’t Opie’s sincereness a bit TOO fake sometimes. Like “Yes Ma’am” and “Yes, sir??”\u00a0 I doubt Ronny Howard was that “kind” in real life.\u00a0 It just sounds a little too fake…like a telemarketer being saying, “I promise will fix it.”\u00a0 That’s sort of what Opie was doing.”<\/p>\n
