It is Memorial Day 2012 here in the US. I wanted to take time out to make sure we, here in Mayberry, say thank you to all those who serve, have served, and on this day especially those that gave their lives protecting my freedom.<\/p>\n

I hope you enjoy hearing from Gomer Pyle as he sings for us.<\/p>\n

I know you’re going to enjoy hearing Red Skelton’s version of the Pledge of Allegiance.\u00a0 He certainly makes it clear what this country means to us all and what those that gave their lives were protecting.<\/p>\n

Thank you, the service men and women of the United States, for what you did for us.\u00a0 God bless you.<\/p>\n
