Last episode we heard from George Lindsey by way of the very first interview I’d ever done with a cast member.\u00a0 This episode we get to hear from his son, George Lindsey Jr!<\/p>\n

George Jr. joined Mayberry fans on the 9th Mayberry Cruise (2014) and had a great time visiting and sharing stories about his dad.\u00a0 The interview you’re about to hear was recorded live in front of a audience of fans that George Jr. called “family.”\u00a0 That’s what it’s like being a Mayberry fan….we’re family and it’s wonderful hearing one of the cast members “real” family say they consider us, the fans, an extended family.<\/p>\n

You are going to enjoy George Jr’s memories of his dad and what it was like growing up with “Goober” as a “paw.”<\/p>\n
