I ran across a fun website that raised the question, does everyone understand the southern sayings used on The Andy Griffith Show? I had never thought that some folks might not understand Southern English and some of the phrases used by folks in the South but realized that this might be an issue for folks from other areas.<\/p>\n

The site it called “It’s a Southern Thing” (http:\/\/southernthing.com<\/a>) and it is a great resource for those Southern challenged individuals throughout the world. You can use it to make sure you know what’s meant on screen and you don’t pick your peaches before they’re all fuzzed up good.<\/p>\n
