I’ve been looking around the Two Chairs No Waiting<\/em> Archives and ran across my copy of the second issue of “The Bullet.<\/strong><\/em>” “The Bullet<\/em><\/strong>” was the paper version of the official newsletter put out by The Andy Griffith Show<\/em> Rerun Watchers Club <\/strong>and this second issue was published on March 18, 1983. That’s just short of 39 years ago as I record this episode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I thought it would be fun to share with you a story from that issue by Ken Beck called “Mayberry Mountain People<\/em>” and see what was going on 39 years ago in Mayberry and to find out a few new things about some of The Andy Griffith Show<\/strong><\/em> cast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following that, we’ll play some Mayberry trivia and then move along to hear from SpiritWalker with this week’s installment of “Returning to Mayberry<\/em><\/strong>” called, “Earp to Earp<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
