The Mayberry Man<\/strong><\/a> movie featured a car that was said to be a ‘real’ Mayberry patrol car but in actuality it was a very nice replica. That said, there is a real Mayberry patrol car located at Melody Ranch Studio<\/a> in Santa Clarita Valley, CA. Since 1915, when the studio was first opened for business, an endless string of hard riding shoot-em-ups have been produced at the location. Melody Ranch Studio features a massive western town with interiors in the saloon, bank, jail, general store, hotel, church, school, livery stable, and theatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On top of all that, they have a car that is very much believed to have been a screen used Mayberry patrol car. We’ll hear from Andre Veluzat, one of the owners of the ranch, thanks to fellow Mayberry fan Bryan Schaffer who was visiting the ranch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
