This week we’ll spend the entire episode diving into the November 2022 issue of The eBullet<\/strong><\/em> newsletter from The Andy Griffith Show<\/em> Rerun Watchers Club (TAGS<\/em>RWC)<\/strong>. The reason being that in this issue it is announced that this will be the last issue. After 40 years of publication in one form or anther, TAGS<\/em>RWC<\/strong>HQ is stepping aside from writing and editing a Mayberry newsletter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jim Clark has been doing this work for Mayberry fans since October 1982 and we, the fans, want to thank him for bringing a smiles to our faces every other month or so for all those years. It has always been a little like Christmas morning to me when an issue of the old paper newsletter, The Bullet<\/em><\/strong>, arrived in my mailbox via the post office and then, in later years, in my inbox in the form of The eBullet<\/em><\/strong>. My face lit up and I couldn’t wait to see what news there was of my Mayberry friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All things eventually have their time and 40 years is a good career for anyone. So, THANK YOU<\/strong> Jim and we’ll continue to try and hold up our end of things by continuing to watch reruns and enjoy Mayberry in all its forms as much as ever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
