It’s time for some fun Mayberry trivia right out of the book “Mayberry Trivia” by Scott Hopkins. Scott’s book is full of fun trivia that’s not too hard and is meant to be somewhat challenging. After the “Mayberry Days Trivia Championship 2020” questions from a few episode ago, hopefully you’ll enjoy these questions and feel better about your Mayberry knowledge.
The chatroom during the live recording ranged from getting 2 questions right all the way up to all 20 questions. See how well you can do and then head to Weaver’s to pickup a copy of Scott’s book.
Bonus: This week’s installment of This Week in Mayberry History by Randy Turner featuring “Gladys Hurlbut.”

Welcome to episode fifteen of the 5 Minute Mayberry Devotional, entitled “Jumping to Conclusions” In today’s episode, we’re going to look at episode sixteen of The Andy Griffith Show, entitled The Beauty Pageant at look at 1 Samuel 9:2
Barney was always making his whole body a weapon in order to stop crime but why did he and Andy have that gun rack in the courthouse then? That whole rack was a weapon, well, it was full of weapons anyway. Have you ever wondered what type of weapons they were? I mean the brand, model, or make or the rifles, shotguns and even handguns seen on the show. I’m not a big gun collector but I got a call this week from someone who is and who’s on a mission to identify all the firearms seen in Mayberry.
I also got a note from another listener who found some information on “Nice Dress Nellie” that might add another clue to confirming her identity.
Bonus: This week’s installment of This Week in Mayberry History by Randy Turner featuring “LeRoy ‘Mack’ McNees.”
