We’ll be talking about The Andy Griffith Show episode The Bookie Barber this week and we’ll hear some feedback from your fellow listeners.
What got me thinking about The Bookie Barber was the current episode (#67) of the Burke on Mayberry podcast in which that episode was the topic. Kevin Burke, the host, did a fun review of the episode and I thought it would be nice tie in to tell you folks about some strange and curious happenings in Mayberry during that episode.
I hope you enjoy that as well as the feedback about past Two Chairs episodes from listeners.
Don’t forget to leave comments or ask questions on the iMayberry.com/podcasts website or using the contact information given in the podcast. We’d love to have you be a part of our next feedback episode.

Allan,
Thanks for the plug and the “tie-in” with “The Bookie Barber” episode was a great idea! I learned things I didn’t know about TAGS.
Best wishes for Thanksgiving!
Kevin Burke
I’ll bet Andy never even thought he was going to create a community of trained noticers like us ! This is one I did not catch , now I have to watch the bookie barber and notice this too! The studio was Desliu Cayheunga in Culver City. Wow, those guys who made it to Mayberry Days from Oklahoma really made a trip! Good for them…some great feedback. It is interesting that so many of those who appeared on TAGs even for only a few episodes just seem to have always been there, you just somehow knew they were even when you did not see them. Enjoyed the voice mail from Burke in California, he’s right, uplifting message in the Dillard interview.
On to #59
Oppps. mispelled one, Cahuenga…don’t know why but I always seem to want to put that y in there !
