Two Chairs No Waiting 356: Mayberry Trivia by the Book

Two Chairs No Waiting

Two Chairs No Waiting

Host: Allan Newsome
Running time: 0:25:48

Everyone seems to enjoy the trivia episodes we’ve done in the past. With the new “Mayberry Trivia” book by Scott Hopkins out, I thought this would be a good chance to highlight some of the questions in his book.  I e-mailed Scott to see if he had 10 or 20 questions that he wasn’t able to fit in the book that we could use on the podcast.   He laughed and said,”If I had 10 or 20 more questions, they would be in the book.”  ha ha…

Scott went of to give me permission to pick out questions from the book to make and episode so that’s what you’re going to be able to enjoy in this episode.  20 questions from “Mayberry Trivia: 1,500 Questions About a TV Classic” are coming your way.  Grab a pencil  and paper to keep score and let’s get started!

I scored 21 points ! I do not do well with Trivia so I am pretty proud of this. I missed No 11 because I did not know if the question was about Andy Taylor or Andy Griffith , I first answered Jackson, but then changed it to Samuel…I should have assumed we were focusing on the show! It was fun, enjoyed it and it sure lets you know that no matter how much you think you know abut TAGS there is way more to learn…or to remember…yeah that’s it…remember ! Good Show, need to get a copy of this book.
