Two Chairs No Waiting headquarters had a nice visit from Mayberry trivia expert, Paul Mulik, this past week. He was in Huntsville, AL competing in the North American Brass Band Championships. The band he’s in, Arkansas MusicWorks Brass Band, finished in second place so congratulations to Paul.

In the spirit of competition, Paul provided us a set of three Championships level trivia questions that we’ll be trying on this episode. Honestly, even if you are one of the biggest fans of The Andy Griffith Show anywhere, I’m not sure you’ll get even one of these questions correct. I can tell you that Paul came up with these questions standing here at Two Chairs HQ. Right out of his own head. I’m impressed and I think you’ll enjoy giving the questions a shot and then finding out the answers.

Don’t worry. We’ll play some Mayberry trivia also submitted by Paul that should be at least several degrees easier.

We have a voicemail from Margaret Kerry’s son, Eric Norquist who has been to Mayberry Days and other Mayberry events with his mom over the years. He has an update on Margaret for her Mayberry family. Thanks to Eric for taking time to update us all on his mom.

I also have a really fun bit of Mayberry history for you to hear that I’m almost certain will be new to you. I want to thank Doug Leftwich for providing these historical treats for us and I’m sure you’d like to thank him, too.
