Two Chairs No Waiting

Host: Allan Newsome
Running time: 0:18:19

We’ve been having some great fun looking back to the 1995 Mayberry Squad Car Rendezvous the last couple of episode and we continue right along with this weeks show.

We hard from Maggie and Hoke (a.k.a. Charlene and Dud) individually last episode but this week we get to hear them as they sit on stage together and share more Mayberry memories with fans.

The interview was originally broadcast by “Good Morning Mayberry” on Cincinnati’s WMOH 1450AM radio. Host Mark “Golden” Richards and Dennis Hasty made Mayberry fans everywhere proud with their Mayberry knowledge.

Last episode we had a wonderful set of interviews with Keith “Johnny Paul” Thibodeaux from the 3rd Annual Mayberry Squad Car Rendezvous in Bradford, OH on July 7, 1995.  If you missed it, head over and give it a listen ’cause it was goooood.

The “goooood” continues this week when we get to hear form Maggie Peterson (a.k.a. Charlene Darling) and Hoke Howell (a.k.a. Dud Wash). Ah, BIG ain’t the word for it.  As a matter of fact it’s so big we’re going to end up making two episodes out of their interview.

The interview was broadcast live by “Good Morning Mayberry” on Cincinnati’s WMOH 1450AM radio with hosts Mark “Golden” Richards and Dennis Hasty.
